1. First point your browser on our web site: http://www.radialsoft.com
   
   •  Once there click on the link to the reseller zone.
     
     
     
2. Select the link to the private area

3. Enter your user and password
   
   •  If you don't remember your user and password contact resellers@radialsoft.com.
     
     
     
4. You are now at the resellers' page.
   
   •  Scroll down. The order form is at the bottom.
     
     
     
5. You are at the beginning of the order process
   
   •  Enter your company name
     
     
     
   •  Choose the product to order in the combo box.
     
     
     
   •  Press "Submit".
     
     
     
   •  There is no data attached to you on the web site. This is why the first stage is to choose your region.
     
     
     
   •  The map is also clickable.
     
     
     
   • Don't forget to press "Submit".
     
6. You are on the first form
   
   Everything is done to simplify your first order : A translator with one year of maintenance.
   
   •  Confirm the number of items, if it is an initail sale or a maintenance renewal.
   •  Also you need to enter your margin and an Order number for your reference.
     
     
   
   
   •  On the same form you choose the protection scheme.
     If you don't know it yet enter a trivial value like "Ethernet" and 00-00-00-00-00-00
     
     
     
7. Onc eyou validate the form you reach the user data form
   
   •  First enter the billing contact. Give us a direct email and phone number please. Don't forget the country code.
      This email will receive the confirmation and the invoice.
     
     
   
   
   •  Next enter the shipping address. Most of the time we ship a simple email so billing and shipping are the same.
      To copy all the date from the billing address to the shipping address check the box.
       You can alter the data afterward.
     
     
   
   
   •  Finally complete the customer information area.
     
     
   
   
   •  Enter your VAT number if you are in Europe, your EIN if you are in USA.
      Press the button at the bottom of the page when you are finish.
     
     
     
8. You are now at the main form where a sample invoice is presented to you like the final one,
   same price, same informations. This is the time to review your order or your quote.
   
   •  The red circle contains the important information.
     
     
   
   
   •  Now it's time to make your choice.
     
     Order and Pay by credit card for immediate delivery of first orders.
     Order and Pay by wire transfer for subsequent orders.
     Just request a quote with no commitment.
     
     
     
9. If you choose to pay by credit card you will be presented a nw form on a secured web site.
   
   •  Enter your credit card number and expiration date. VISA Card and Mastercard are accepted.
     Currently American Express card is not accepted.
