Q : When I try to install a product or uncompress a zip file it says it’s broken.
A : It could happen that download is not perfect. Try to download the file again, if it occurs that the .zip file is still broken please contact us at support@radialsoft.com to solve the problem.

Q : What are RadialSoft’s software or hardware requirements to run the products?
A : If not stated, the requirements are as follows:
Hardware: nothing specific, same hardware needed to run your operating system. Executables are usually designed for x86 platforms.
Software: Windows 7, Vista, Windows Server 2003 2008, Windows 2000 or Windows XP. Windows 98,
Windows NT 4.0 and Window ME are NOT supported.
CAD systems: Latest version or before latest.
