Question: After downloading a product I got a .zip file, but I don't know how to gain access to the file?

Answer: .Zip files are compressed files that require a utility like Winzip worlds.gif (985 bytes). With Winzip the files can be uncompressed and used.

Q : When I try to uncompress the zip file it says it's broken.

A : Try to download the file again, if it occurs that the .zip file is still broken please contact us at support@radialsoft.com to solve the problem.

Q : Where can I get product documentation/information?

A : Product documentation/information is found in the product sheet located in the product section of this website.

Q : What are RadialSoft's software/hardware requirements to run the products?

A : If not stated, the requirements are as follows:
Hardware: same hardware needed to run your operating system. Executables are designed for x86 platforms.
Software: Windows 2000 or Windows XP. Windows 98,
Windows NT 4.0 and Window ME are NOT supported.
CAD: Latest version or before latest.

Q : I try to register myself, but the dongle is not recognized. What should I do?

A : Be sure you installed the sentinel drivers. You can download the driver you need at this address: ../download/sentinel.zip
