The software you selected is protected. You have to choose a protection system:

Ethernet board code.

In this case we will need the EthernetID of the computer where the software will eventually be used.
A simple method to obtain it is to open a DOS window (or command window) on the target computer and run 'ipconfig /all'. Take the 10 last digits and letters indicated as the Physical Address of the first Ethernet Adaptor.
The Code will look like : 00-50-BA-C5-B7-C8.
The hyphens (-) are compulsory.
You can enter "00-00-00-00-00-00" if you don't know it and want to place the order immediately. In this case we will wait for a mail from you to send the actual final code.

A CAD Serial number.

You are buying a translator based on a CAD system like SolidWorks. We support software lock code based on the serial number.
In this case we will need the Serial number of the CAD system
The code will look like 0000-0000-0000-0000
You can enter "0000-0000-0000-0000" if you don't know the code and want to place the order immediately. In this case we will wait for a mail from you to send the definite code.

Simple method

A simple method is to use the register dialog box of the product. Install the product on the target computer (not the computer you use to place the order but the computer were the software will run eventually). Without starting the CAD system simply from the [Start] menu. Follow Programs/RadialSoft/<product name>/Register. Copy the code indicated in "Send us this code". Note that you will have to complete this code with two zeros in front.
