Dongle Issues

We describe here common questions about the use of dongles.

The following are the most common reasons Registration fail:

- A conflict could exists between the printer and the dongle. The dongle must be first. Try registrating with only our dongle connected on the parallel port.

- Try to install being administrator or having administrator rights.

- Are you sure you are running the latests drivers for the Sentinel dongle.
